  • Spearheaded the development and seamless implementation of the multi-year FACT Accreditation Portal project on-time and under budget, successfully integrating multiple systems with zero major defects and improving operational efficiency by 80%.
  • Directed the technology effort to separate FACT from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) 30 days ahead of schedule and with minimal staff disruption.
